The Chief of Staff to the Governor, Chief Okey Ahiwe, on behalf of his family, Management and Staff of Government House Umuahia, has felicitated with the wife of the State Governor, Dr Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu on the occasion of her birthday celebration.
In a release, Chief Ahiwe extolled Dr Mrs Ikpeazu for being a great pillar of support to Governor Ikpeazu and the laudable achievements she has made in the State, especially in humanitarian service.
The Chief of Staff to the Governor particularly commended the Abia First Lady for her giant strides in the areas of women empowerment, primary healthcare, provision of shelter to the indigent people, campaign against sickle cell anemia, prevalence of gender based violence, building of market stalls, promoting sports development among others in support of her husband’s administration.
He prayed God Almighty to continue to bless, keep and grant her more wisdom, good health and grace to celebrate more years in life.
