I am deeply humbled and grateful for the outpouring of love, support, and well-wishes I received on the occasion of the commemoration of my birthday. The numerous personal visits, phone calls, text messages, and goodwill press statements from friends, associates, and well-wishers have left me overwhelmed with joy and appreciation.
