The Abia PDP governorship candidate in the 2023 general elections, Chief Okey Ahiwe, has condoled with Senator Mao Ohuabunwa on the death of his wife, Mrs. Nimi Faith Ohuabunwa, expressing shock and sadness over the development.
In a message of condolence to Senator Ohuabunwa, Chief Ahiwe said: “The experience of losing your dear wife, confidant and mother of your children, with whom you have shared many years in sunshine and shadows, must be very devastating indeed. I however encourage you to stand strong, knowing that life and death are entirely in the hands of God, and believing that she has only departed to ascend to a new realm in the bosom of God.”
Chief Ahiwe prayed that God would strengthen and comfort the entire Ohuabunwa Family at this period of grief, and grant the soul of Nimi Faith Ohuabunwa eternal rest.
