The Abia State PDP 2023 governorship candidate, Sir Okey Ahiwe, has been described as ‘an institution of leadership and human relations’.

This is contained in a tribute by Sir Ahiwe’s media adviser, Victor Nwokocha, to celebrate the birthday of his boss and mentor with whom he has shared a special relationship over the years.

Part of the birthday message reads:

“Dear Sir, I am profoundly honoured to join your family and friends to celebrate you on the occasion of your 58th birthday anniversary. Indeed, December 26 has become, for me, a very special date.

“It has been a great privilege knowing you and working with you for a couple years – learning from you, keenly observing your pragmatic approach to addressing issues, and enjoying your mentorship on diverse fronts. Among other fundamental lessons, I have learnt from you the scientific art of quiet dominance and subliminal influence, deriving mainly from your peculiar methodology of priorizing the welfare of others and making impact in society without noise and without boundaries.

“To put it directly, you are an institution of leadership and human relations, and I am grateful to God for making our paths cross. Being your student has been a rewarding experience.

“Words fail me to fully appreciate you for standing as a dependable pillar of inspiration and courage. But suffice it to say that your principled and realistic disposition to being a solutions provider has been a source of strength on my own journey, and today offers an auspicious moment for me to let you know that your love without borders, of which I am a beneficiary, is valued beyond time.

“While I gladly join in marking your special day, please be assured of my unflinching loyalty and partnership with you as you lead the way like other universal champions of freedom, in confronting our common adversaries and ensuring that no force on earth can ambush our struggles for a brighter tomorrow or hold our future hostage.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SIR! MAY GOD ALMIGHTY CONTINUE TO PROSPER, GUIDE, AND PROTECT YOU.

“ACCEPT MY HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS!”

Victor C. Nwokocha, ANIPR
