In line with the longstanding tradition of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), the Abia State Chapter of ANA has announced its Monthly Reading for April 2026.
A release signed by the ANA Abia State Secretary, Nnaemeka Nwokocha said that the April 2026 Monthly Reading would hold on Friday, April 24, at Ibiza Hotels, Okigwe Road, Aba, from 3:00PM.
While charging everyone to be punctual, the release further encouraged members and intending members to bring their published or unpublished works for reading and analysis.
ANA Monthly Readings have over the years helped both established and aspiring authors to gain new insights arising from shared critical perspectives, network with writers within and outside Chapters and promote their works. The Monthly Readings also feature performances such as poetry, spoken word and drama.
The Abia Chapter has been at the forefront of advocacy to promote literary activities, reading and the book industry in the State.
