The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN) has congratulated the Mayor of Umuahia North H/Chief Victor Ikeji on the occasion of his conferment with the academic qualification of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) by the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN).
Hon. Chief Victor Ikeji is one of Abia’s best and brightest, who is, until recently, a Masters Degree holder in Political Science with distinction from the University of Ibadan.
A congratulatory message signed by the General Secretary of OMPAN, Dr Steve Unegbu said that OMPAN felicitated with the Mayor whose quest for knowledge and achievements as a leader it described as inspiring.
“Indeed, your quest for knowledge and achievements as a leader are inspiring.
“We wish you many more laurels.. Happy Convocation”, the message read in part.
