The Police Recruitment Screening Exercise commences Nationwide on Monday 8th January, 2024 at various State Commands of the Nigeria Police Force.
Accordingly, all Applicants of Abia State Origin who successfully completed the online registration are required to report for the screening at the Police Officers Mess, opposite Royal Damgrete Hotel at Factory Road Umuahia. The screening will be held at 7a.m daily from 8th January – to 29th January 2024.
Applicants will be attended to on the dates stipulated on their invitation slip. Applicants are therefore required to visit the recruitment portal https://apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng/ to know if they are qualified for the screening.
Applicants are to appear at the screening Centre in their clean white T-shirt and pair of white shorts. Other mandatory requirements include:
*Two white flat files
*Recent Passport Photos
*A slip print-out of National Identity Number (NIN)
- Original and duplicate copies of the following: (i) O’Level result(s)
(ii) Certificate of Origin duly signed by the Local Government Chairman or Secretary (iii) Birth Certificate/Declaration of age - Printout of the application form
- Duly completed Guarantor’s form
- Evidence of physical/mental fitness from a government recognized Medical Hospital
- Evidence of good character from the Village/District Head of Applicant
- And any other documents as stipulated in the online registration platform.
Applicants who fail to present any of the above requirements will not be considered for the screening.
Applicants are expected to
conduct themselves properly, while individuals not participating in the exercise are advised to stay away from the screening vicinity.
It is also important to note that the screening exercise is FREE.
